WEEK 15 NFL CAPSULES
NEW YORK JETS (3-10) AT JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS (9-4)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
FanDuel odds: Jaguars -13.5, Total 41.5
Series Rewind: The Jets have won two of the last three games over the Jaguars, including a 32-25 road win on Dec. 15, 2024. The all-time series is tied 9-9.
The Jacksonville Jaguars are riding high, entering the week on a four-game win streak and in sole possession of first place in the AFC South after last week’s 36-19 win over the Indianapolis Colts. QB Trevor Lawrence appears to have turned a corner when it comes to turnovers. After he had 11 interceptions in the team’s first 11 games this season, he’s been interception free the last two weeks, throwing for 473 passing yards and four touchdowns vs. the Colts and Titans. Lawrence (ankle) was limited in practice Wednesday, but returned to full participation Thursday. He faces a Jets defense still looking for its first interception of the season. It appears likely New York will start its third different quarterback this season on Sunday after Tyrod Taylor (groin) left early in last week’s game. Taylor and Justin Fields (knee) have both missed each of the first two practices of the week, likely lining up rookie Brady Cook for his first career start. Thrown into his first NFL action last week, Cook struggled as the Jets limped to a 34-10 loss to the Miami Dolphins. He completed 14 of 30 passes for 163 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions. If Taylor and Fields are out, the Jets signed Adrian Martinez to the practice squad this week and he would step into the backup role.
WASHINGTON COMMANDERS (3-10) AT NEW YORK GIANTS (2-11)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
FanDuel odds: Giants -2.5, Total 46.5
Series Rewind: With a 107-73-5 record all-time, the Giants own this storied division rivalry that dates to 1932. But the Commanders have won three straight meetings, including a 21-6 home victory back in Week 1.
Barring a tie, one of these teams will go home happy for the first time since early October, as Washington has dropped eight straight games — the longest active losing streak in the NFL — and New York has lost its last seven. The first matchup between young franchise quarterbacks Jayden Daniels and Jaxson Dart will have to wait. The Commanders have already ruled out the oft-injured Daniels, who fell hard on his previously dislocated left elbow and departed the 31-0 loss at Minnesota last Sunday. Instead, Marcus Mariota will make his seventh start of the season. Dart returned from a concussion in Week 13 and threw for 139 yards and a touchdown in a 33-15 loss to the Patriots. Despite similar records, New York and Washington have managed to lose in different ways. The Giants have lost five games in which they led in the fourth quarter while Washington’s defeats have tended to be more definitive. The Commanders have lost by more than 20 points five times, including last week, when their 30th-ranked defense gave up 25 first downs and 313 yards to a Vikings team that had been shut out the previous week. The Giants rank 31st in total defense and yielded 34 and 33 points in their past two losses to the Lions and Patriots.
BALTIMORE RAVENS (6-7) AT CINCINNATI BENGALS (4-9)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
FanDuel odds: Ravens -2.5, Total 51.5
Series Rewind: Cincinnati’s 18-point victory last month ended a four-game skid against the Ravens. Baltimore’s two victories last season were by a combined four points.
The Ravens have lost back-to-back games and fell to the Pittsburgh Steelers 27-22 last week in the battle for the AFC North lead. Making the situation more dire is that Baltimore also stands two games out of the last AFC wild-card spot. The Ravens finish with three of four on the road, beginning with the visit to Cincinnati, where bone-chilling temperatures are in the forecast. The Bengals roughed up host Baltimore 32-14 on Thanksgiving as Cincinnati’s Joe Burrow returned from a toe injury to pass for 261 yards and two touchdowns. Ravens-killer Ja’Marr Chase had seven receptions for 110 yards and has 28 catches for 567 yards and five touchdowns in his last three games against Baltimore. If the Bengals lose, they will be eliminated from playoff contention. Baltimore’s Lamar Jackson passed for 246 yards and committed three turnovers (one interception, two fumbles) in the recent meeting with the Bengals. Jackson threw one TD pass against Pittsburgh after failing to throw one in three consecutive games. Assorted leg injuries this season also have prevented him from being a running force. He had 307 yards and two scores. Derrick Henry has 1,025 rushing yards, marking the seventh time he has topped 1,000 in his superb 10-year career. Ravens linebacker Roquan Smith has reached 100 tackles in all eight seasons of his career. Safety Jordan Battle leads the Bengals with three interceptions and 101 tackles.
ARIZONA CARDINALS (3-10) AT HOUSTON TEXANS (8-5)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
FanDuel odds: Texans -9.5, Total 42.5
Series Rewind: The Texans and Cardinals have played just six times and are tied 3-3 in the series. Two of those games have been in the last four seasons, with Houston winning 21-16 at home in 2023 and Arizona cruising to a 31-5 home win in 2021.
No team may be hotter at the moment than the Houston Texans, who won their fifth straight game Sunday night at Kansas City to rise into the playoff picture as the No. 7 seed entering Week 15. They’re positioned at the moment to be just the seventh team in NFL history to make the playoffs after an 0-3 start. The Texans’ defense has played a huge part in this surge, ranking No. 1 in the NFL in scoring defense (16.0 points per game) and total defense (266.3 yards). And yet, it could be CJ Stroud and the offense who lead the charge this week against an Arizona defense which has allowed 40-plus points in three of the last five games. Houston could be without running back Nick Chubb (ribs) this week after he missed Wednesday and Thursday’s practices. The Cardinals have been eliminated from playoff contention since Nov. 30 and enter on a five-game losing streak fresh off a 45-17 home loss to the Rams. While the defense has been consistently gouged of late, QB Jacoby Brissett has been putting up numbers in place of Kyler Murray, who it was announced last week was done for the season with a foot injury. Brissett has passed for 2,459 yards with 15 touchdowns and five interceptions in eight games as a starter. He has Trey McBride, who is tied for the NFL lead with 93 receptions and leads all tight ends with 937 yards. However, it appears Arizona will be without receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) will miss another game this week after missing the first two practices.
LAS VEGAS RAIDERS (2-11) AT PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (8-5)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
FanDuel odds: Eagles -11.5, Total 38.5
Series Rewind: The teams have split the 14 previous meetings, including the Raiders’ 27-10 victory in Super Bowl XV. The Raiders haven’t won in Philadelphia since 2001.
Las Vegas brings a seven-game losing streak to Philadelphia to face an Eagles team trying to avoid a repeat of 2023. The last time the Eagles lost three in a row was in December two years ago, part of an epic 1-5 collapse following a 10-1 start. Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurts has turned the ball over seven times in his last two games, including a career-high four interceptions in Monday’s overtime loss to the Chargers. Eagles wideout A.J. Brown is tied for the longest active streak in the NFL with three straight 100-yard games. With Raiders signal-caller Geno Smith dealing with a right shoulder injury and Kenny Pickett gets the start against his former team. Pickett won a ring with the Eagles in February, got traded to Cleveland in March and got dealt again to Las Vegas in August. He was 14-10 as a starter for the Steelers from 2022-23 and 1-0 last season. Maxx Crosby needs one sack to reach double figures for the fourth time.
BUFFALO BILLS (9-4) AT NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS (11-2)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
FanDuel odds: Bills -1.5, Total 49.6
Series Rewind: New England beat Buffalo 23-20 on Oct. 5 and eyes its first season sweep of the Bills since 2019, when Tom Brady was the team’s quarterback.
The Patriots can win their first AFC East title this decade by taking down the Bills, who have won the division five consecutive years. New England is seeking its 11th straight victory and is gunning to be the No. 1 seed for the AFC postseason. The Patriots were just 4-13 last season but have enjoyed a memorable campaign in coach Mike Vrabel’s first season and quarterback Drake Maye’s second with the club. Maye has emerged as an NFL MVP candidate. The 23-year-old has completed a league-best 71.5 percent of his passes and is on track to break Brady’s franchise record of 68.9 percent set in 2007. Maye has thrown for 3,412 yards, 23 touchdowns and six interceptions. Of course, the reigning MVP is employed by the Bills. Josh Allen has passed for 3,083 yards and 22 touchdowns against 10 interceptions, while completing 70.1 percent of his throws. He also has rushed for 12 scores. In the first meeting, Maye passed for 273 yards while Allen threw for 253 yards and two touchdowns and was intercepted once. Buffalo has won five of its past seven games but a loss will leave the team battling for a wild-card berth. Bills running back James Cook (1,308) is second in rushing yardage but was held to 49 yards on 17 carries by the Patriots in the first meeting.
CLEVELAND BROWNS (3-10) AT CHICAGO BEARS (9-4)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
FanDuel odds: -7.5, Total 38.5
Series Rewind: This is the teams’ 19th meeting. Cleveland leads the all-time series 11-7, and the home team has won 10 of the past 11 games. In the most recent meeting, the Browns eked out a 20-17 home win on Dec. 17, 2023.
The forecast calls for single-digit temperatures along the shores of Lake Michigan. The Bears lost at Green Bay and forfeited the top spot in the NFC North last week. Cleveland has lost two straight and five of its past six, but the recent play of rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders has given the franchise reason for optimism. Sanders passed for 364 yards, three touchdowns and one interception last week in a 31-29 home loss against the Tennessee Titans. The Browns hope to see defensive end Myles Garrett make history. He enters the weekend with a league-high 20 sacks in 13 games. He is 2.5 sacks shy of the NFL’s single-season record of 22 1/2, which Michael Strahan set in 2001 and T.J. Watt matched in 2021. Bears quarterback Caleb Williams knows that Garrett will be tough to stop. Williams wants no part of becoming the answer to a trivia question: Which quarterback did Garrett take down to break the sack record? “I’m going to try and make sure that he doesn’t get the sack record on us and on me,” Williams said. “… As a game plan … everything is not allowing them to wreck the game.
LOS ANGELES CHARGERS (9-4) AT KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (6-7)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
FanDuel odds: Chiefs -5.5, Total 41.5
Series Rewind: The Chargers beat the Chiefs in Brazil in Week 1, their first win in the past eight games in the series. Kansas City leads the all-time series 71-58-1.
A decade-long streak of playoff appearances is in dire jeopardy for the Chiefs will try to ignite their long-shot postseason chances when they play host to the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday. The last time Kansas City was not a playoff participant was 2014, when Alex Smith was the quarterback. Patrick Mahomes has led each of the past seven playoff runs and not only has helped win three Super Bowls, but he has also never missed an AFC Championship Game as a starting QB. The Chiefs are on the outside of the playoff field, two games behind the Houston Texans, who hold the third and final AFC wild-card spot. The Chargers are playoff eligible as a wild-card qualifier. While Kansas City’s defense was much better over the second half last week, dropped passes held Mahomes to a paltry 160 yards through the air while completing just 14 of his 33 throws in the Chiefs’ third consecutive loss. Quarterback Justin Herbert had just 139 yards passing Monday and rookie first-round running back Omarion Hampton returned to the lineup.
GREEN BAY PACKERS (9-3-1) AT DENVER BRONCOS (11-2)
Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET
FanDuel odds: Packers -2.5, Total 42.5
Series Rewind: The home team has won nine of the past 10 meetings.
The Packers pack for Denver after plucking away the NFC North division lead from the Bears in Week 14. The Broncos are baffled that they are still considered to be on proving ground as underdogs in Sunday’s home game. With a 10-game winning streak and two-game lead in the division the Broncos are still eyeing the top seed in the AFC. The Broncos (11-2) are two wins clear of the Los Angeles Chargers in the AFC West and can clinch a playoff berth with a win. The Packers have won four in a row, the last two against NFC North rivals Detroit and Chicago. Bo Nix has kept the Broncos on the right side of eight-one score victories this season. He has completed 63.2 percent of his passes for 2,954 yards, 19 touchdowns and nine interceptions. He is also third on the team in rushing (244 yards). The Broncos have leaned on their strong defense in more than a supporting role. Denver ranks fourth in the NFL in points allowed per game (18.1), second in rushing (89 yards), third in total yards per game (282) and first in total sacks (55). Green Bay can win a game with quarterback Jordan Love’s deep and talented groups of wide receivers. The Packers also can throw a knockout punch defensively. They rank sixth in points allowed (19 per game) and fifth in total yards per game (287.2). Micah Parson leads the team with 12.5 sacks and Rashan Gary has 7.5. Love, in his third year as Green Bay’s starter, has a career-high 67.1 completion percentage and has thrown 22 TD passes while only being intercepted four times. He has been sacked 18 times. Injuries the first two months of the season were a setback to strong protection, but not many blocking schemes are built to stonewall Denver’s pressure defense. Nik Bonitto has a team-best 12.5 sacks but the Broncos’ other three starters up front have 19 more combined, led by Jonathon Cooper (7.5).
TENNESSEE TITANS (2-11) AT SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS (9-4)
Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET
FanDuel odds: 49ers -12.5, Total 44.5
Series Rewind: The 49ers hold a 9-6 lead in the series, including a 4-3 record at home. Eight of the last 10 meetings dating back to 1987 have been one-score games.
The last pick in the 2022 NFL Draft goes head-to-head with the first pick in the 2025 NFL Draft when Brock Purdy and the 49ers host rookie Cam Ward and the Titans. Purdy won three straight starts before San Francisco’s bye last week and has thrown at least one TD pass in all five games this season. Teammate Christian McCaffrey is on pace for his second season with 1,000 rushing and 1,000 receiving yards with 849 and 806, respectively, while 49ers WR Jauan Jennings has touchdowns in four of his last five games. Ward leads all first-year QBs in passing yards (2,468) and had his first game with multiple TD passes in last week’s win at Cleveland. The Titans rank last in the NFL in total offense (246.2 yards per game) and 31st in scoring (15.5 points per game). Tennessee DT Jeffery Simmons will try to slow down a 49ers offense that ranks No. 2 in third-down conversions (48.2%).
CAROLINA PANTHERS (7-6) AT NEW ORLEANS SAINTS (3-10)
Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET
FanDuel odds: Panthers -2.5, Total 40.5
Series Rewind: New Orleans earned its second win of the season and snapped a four-game losing streak with a surprising 17-7 win at Carolina on Nov. 9. The Saints have won four of the last five over the Panthers to lead the all-time series 33-29.
The Panthers benefited greatly during their bye week, watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers lose to New Orleans to fall into a tie atop the NFC South at 7-6. Seeing that may have caused some deja vu for Carolina’s players and staff after the Saints stunningly upset the Panthers back in Week 10. Avenging that loss on the road this time feels close to essential for Carolina’s chances at snapping the franchise’s seven-year playoff drought as the NFC South co-leaders are two games back of a wild-card spot. The Panthers’ last five games have been hard to get a read on, with wins at Green Bay and over the Rams last time out, but also with that home loss to New Orleans. Carolina comes out of the bye exceptionally healthy, with every active player fully participating in Thursday’s practice. All that’s left for New Orleans this season is the chance to play spoiler and continue to build for 2026 under rookie quarterback Tyler Shough. The Carolina game was Shough’s second start and first win and saw him throw for what remains a career-high 282 yards and two touchdowns. In last week’s win at Tampa Bay, Shough completed just 13 of 20 passes for 144 yards and an interception. However, he ran the ball seven times for 55 yards and a pair of rushing touchdowns. Shough may be without one or two of his top running backs this week. Alvin Kamara (knee/ankle) appears poised to miss his third straight game after not practicing Wednesday or Thursday while rookie RB Devin Neal (abdomen) has been limited this week due to an injury he sustained in last week’s game.
INDIANAPOLIS COLTS (8-5) AT SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (10-3)
Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET
FanDuel odds: Seahawks -13.5, Total 42.5
Series Rewind: The Seahawks can even the all-time series at 7-7 by registering a third straight win against the Colts, who haven’t won a game in Seattle since the 2000 season. One of the big stories in the NFL this week was the Colts’ signing of 44-year-old quarterback Philip Rivers after Daniel Jones’ season-ending Achilles injury. Sixth-round rookie Riley Leonard replaced Jones in last weekend’s loss at Jacksonville and could be in line for his first career start if Rivers isn’t ready for his first game since Jan. 9, 2021. Indy’s Jonathan Taylor leads the NFL in rushing yards (1,356) and TDs from scrimmage (18) but faces a Seattle defense that ranks No. 4 against the run. The game also features the NFL’s No. 1 receiver in Seahawks star Jaxon Smith-Njigba (1,428 yards). Two of Seattle’s three losses have come at home this season, but the team pitched a 26-0 shutout against the Vikings in their most recent game at Lumen Field in Week 13.
MINNESOTA VIKINGS (5-8) AT DALLAS COWBOYS (6-6-1)
Sunday, 8:20 p.m. ET
FanDuel odds: Cowboys -5.5, Total 48.5
Series Rewind: The Cowboys have won five of the past six meetings with Minnesota, including a 40-3 road victory in 2022 in the most recent matchup.
Both the Cowboys and Vikings face long playoff odds and a loss will eliminate Minnesota. Dallas has been receiving help from the NFC East-rival Philadelphia Eagles, who have lost three straight games to keep Dallas in the mix in the division race. The Cowboys have won three of their past four games as they ride the arm of Dak Prescott, the NFL leader with 3,637 passing yards. He also is tied for second with 26 passing touchdowns. Prescott has outputs of 354, 320 and 376 yards over the past three games. Standout receiver CeeDee Lamb (865 receiving yards) hasn’t cleared concussion protocol but should do so by Sunday night. Cowboys running back Javonte Williams has career highs of 1,022 yards and nine touchdowns in his first season with the club. The Vikings staved off elimination last weekend with a 31-0 shellacking of the Washington Commanders but can’t lose again and needs help from other teams to make the playoff field. J.J. McCarthy threw a career-high three touchdown passes against Washington and didn’t throw an interception for the first time in his seven NFL starts. Star receiver Justin Jefferson had just two catches for 11 yards against the Commanders one week after having two receptions for 4 yards in a 26-0 road loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

Devin Vassell scored 23 points and De’Aaron Fox and Stephon Castle added 22 apiece as San Antonio handed the Thunder just their second loss in 26 games this season.
The Spurs will play the New York Knicks in Tuesday night’s NBA Cup final. The Knicks beat the Orlando Magic 132-120 earlier Saturday in the other semifinal.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 29 points for the Thunder, who had their franchise-record 16-game winning streak halted. Oklahoma City had not lost since Nov. 5 at Portland.
Wembanyama returned after a 12-game absence and was limited to 20 minutes. He collected nine rebounds and San Antonio outscored the Thunder by 21 when Wembanyama was on the floor.
Jalen Williams had 17 points, seven rebounds and four steals and Chet Holmgren added 17 points for Oklahoma City. Alex Caruso had 11 points, eight rebounds and three steals off the bench and Isaiah Hartenstein contributed 10 points and nine rebounds.

Williams was fouled and made the first free throw with 1.5 seconds left. He missed the second on purpose but Caruso’s follow sailed behind the basket.
The Spurs made 41.1% of their field-goal attempts, including 13 of 42 from behind the arc, while winning for the 18th time in 25 games this season.
Oklahoma City shot 41.3% from the field and was just 9 of 37 from 3-point range.
The Spurs took their first lead at 57-56 on a basket by Fox with 8:45 left in the third quarter.
That was part of a 10-0 run that ended with Vassell’s trey to put San Antonio up six with 7:58 remaining.
Fox made two free throws with 0.1 seconds to go as San Antonio took a 78-77 lead into the final stanza.
The Spurs were up five in the fourth quarter before the Thunder used a 11-3 push to take a 93-90 edge on Caruso’s basket with 6:47 remaining.
At the outset, Oklahoma City jumped out to a 14-4 lead and ended up with a 31-20 advantage after the opening period.
Wembanyama entered for the first time at the start of the second quarter and the Spurs immediately went on a 9-2 run.
Later in the quarter, the Thunder went on a 14-2 burst and took a 47-31 lead on Caruso’s basket with 3:53 left in the first half.
San Antonio finished the half with 11 straight points to trail 49-46 at the break.

The Knicks went on an 8-0 run to close the third quarter while turning a 92-92 tie into a 100-92 lead. The Magic failed to score over the final 2:30 of the third quarter and nearly two minutes into the fourth as New York went on an extended 10-0 run for a 102-92 advantage.

COLTS ACTIVATE 44-YEAR-OLD QB PHILIP RIVERS, MAKING HIM ELIGIBLE TO PLAY SUNDAY AGAINST SEAHAWKS
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The Indianapolis Colts promoted 44-year-old quarterback Philip Rivers to the active roster Saturday, making him eligible to play — and perhaps start — in Sunday’s crucial game at Seattle.
Indy (8-5) brought the Pro Football Hall of Fame semifinalist out of retirement Tuesday when it signed him to the practice squad. Rivers practiced all week but he hasn’t taken a snap since what appeared to be the end of his career following the 2020 season.
The move to add Rivers to the active roster will take him off the Hall of Fame ballot for the class of 2026. Rivers had been picked last month as one of 26 semifinalists with the 15 finalists expected to be announced later this month.
Rivers will no longer be eligible with Hall of Fame rules mandating a player being out of the league for at least five years before his candidacy can be considered. The earliest Rivers now can be a candidate is for the class of 2031.
The signing of Rivers came after coach Shane Steichen confirmed starting quarterback Daniel Jones would miss the rest of this season with a torn right Achilles tendon. Jones, who wore No. 17 with the Colts, had surgery earlier this week and now is allowing Rivers to wear the No. 17 he wore throughout his long NFL career.
Indy has lost three straight and four of its last five to fall out of the AFC South lead into a tie for second with the Houston Texans. The Colts also have slid into the No. 8 seed for the seven-team playoff field. The Seahawks (10-3) are trying to stay in the NFC West title chase.
The Colts believe Rivers, an eight-time Pro Bowler who was the 2013 NFL Comeback Player of the Year and a 2011 Walter Payton Man of the Year finalist, can salvage their postseason hopes. Rivers still ranks among the league’s top 10 in wins, career attempts, completions, yards passing, touchdown passes and 300-yard games.
Alternately, rookie Riley Leonard could make his first career start. But he’s dealt with a right knee injury all week, and the only other quarterback on Indy’s roster is veteran Brett Rypien, who also was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster this week.
Indy also activated receiver Coleman Owen and defensive tackle Chris Wormley to the active roster from the practice squad and removed the questionable designation from defensive end Tyquan Lewis.

FERNANDO MENDOZA NAMED INDIANA’S FIRST HEISMAN TROPHY WINNER
NEW YORK CITY, N.Y. –––– Indiana football history was made on Saturday (Dec. 13) night in New York City as Indiana redshirt-junior quarterback Fernando Mendoza was named the 91st winner of the Heisman Trophy by the Heisman Trophy Trust.
Mendoza was presented with the award by Chris Fowler on ABC’s presentation of the ceremony from Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Appel Room in New York City.
Mendoza became the first Heisman Trophy winner from a Big Ten institution since Ohio State quarterback Troy Smith won in 2006.
Other finalists for the trophy included Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love, Vanderbilt quarterback Diego Pavia and Ohio State quarterback Julian Sayin.
The only other Heisman Trophy finalist from Indiana was Anthony Thompson, who was the runner-up in 1989. Other Hoosier top-10 finishers in the Heisman Trophy voting include Bill Hillenbrand (1942), Vaughn Dunbar (1991), Antwaan Randle El (2001), Tevin Coleman (2014) and Kurtis Rourke (2024).
In addition to the Heisman Trophy, Mendoza has been recognized as the winner of the Davey O’Brien Award, Maxwell Award, the Walter Camp Player of the Year, Big Ten Graham-George Offensive Player of the Year, Griese-Brees Quarterback of the Year, and the AP College Football National Player of the Year. He has also been named a First Team All-American by The Athletic, Pro Football Focus, Sports Illustrated and is a 2025 All-Big Ten First Team honoree, among other accolades.
Mendoza currently leads the nation in passing touchdowns (33) and is the Power 4 leader in touchdowns responsible for (39). He is the third Big Ten quarterback since 2000 with three-straight games of at least four passing touchdowns and zero interceptions – C.J. Stroud (Ohio State; 2021) and Kyle Orton (Purdue; 2004, four straight). The Miami, Florida, native is the only FBS quarterback since at least 1996 with multiple games of at least 90 percent completion and four touchdown passes versus Power 4 opponents.
In 2025, Mendoza is the lone FBS quarterback with five games of 4-plus touchdown passes and zero interceptions and entered Championship Week as the FBS leader in percentage of passes that result in a touchdown at 10.9%, over one point higher than the next closest passer (Julian Sayin, Ohio State; 9.2%).
He has thrown a touchdown pass in 12-straight games entering the College Football Playoff and has five games with both a passing and rushing touchdown in 2025. He has thrown 33 touchdowns to just six interceptions, is tied for No. 2 on the team with six rushing touchdowns and has 240 yards rushing on the season.
The Hoosiers earned the No. 1 spot in the College Football Playoff and will play the winner of Alabama/Oklahoma in the Rose Bowl Game on Jan. 1, 2026. The game from Rose Bowl Stadium will kick at 4 p.m. ET

INDIANA MEN’S BASKETBALL NEWS
HOOSIERS FALL IN ROAD CONTEST
LEXINGTON, Ky. — A rivalry’s return couldn’t deliver an Indiana victory.
Not on Saturday night at Rupp Arena. Not against Kentucky in the first regular-season meeting between the teams since 2011, the first meeting anywhere since the 2016 NCAA tourney.
For 20 minutes, Indiana (8-3) had Kentucky in trouble, building leads as large as nine points, but it was outscored 40-21 in the second half. The Hoosiers committed 18 turnovers and were outscored 23-6 in points off turnovers. Kentucky also had an 18-6 edge in second-chance points thanks to 14 offensive rebounds.
“Overall, it was a tale of two halves,” coach Darian DeVries told Voice of the Hoosiers Don Fischer during the postgame radio show. “In the first half, I thought we had complete control. Even in the first three to four minutes of the second half, we were hanging right where we needed to be, but then those turnovers created too many opportunities for them.”
Kentucky (7-4) couldn’t stop IU guard Lamar Wilkerson, but foul trouble did. He played just 22 minutes because of foul trouble, scoring 15 points. He went to the bench with his fourth foul early in the second half and the Hoosiers ahead by seven. By the time he returned, the Wildcats had the lead and control they never lost.
Forward Tucker DeVries had 15 points and seven rebounds. Guard Tayton Conerway had 11 points. The Hoosiers were 26-for-29 from the line, but shot just 34 percent from the field, and were 4-for-24 from 3-point range.
“We got to the free throw line 29 times so we did a good job there,” DeVries told Fischer. “We knocked them down. That was good to see.”
IU forward Sam Alexis started for the second straight game ahead of Reed Bailey, but went out in the first minute with a lower body injury. He went to the locker room, but returned a few minutes later when Bailey picked up his second foul. Alexis finished with six points and five rebounds in 30 minutes.
Seven IU turnovers in the first 10 minutes of the second half wiped out leads as large as seven points. It was part of UK’s 17-2, game-changing run.
“In the second half, the turnovers and the (Kentucky) offensive rebounding turned the game completely around,” Darian DeVries told Fischer. “Our offensive movement wasn’t where it needed to be in the second half. It led to some bad turnovers and broken floor transition game. They’re too good a team to play in transition in those broken-floor opportunities. They took advantage of it.
“The offensive rebounds were just killers. We got them to miss enough. We have to secure those rebounds and go the other way.”
Four points by Conerway and baskets from Wilkerson and Tucker DeVries helped IU open with an 8-3 lead. It led 11-5 before Kentucky rallied for an 11-11 tie with 12 minutes left.
Turnovers and missed shots slowed the Hoosier offense, but didn’t stop it. Nine Wilkerson points and then three straight Nick Dorn free throws gave IU an 18-16 lead.
Despite major foul trouble (Wilkerson and Bailey each had three fouls), the Hoosiers pushed ahead 32-27. A Tucker DeVries 3-pointer and then two free throws made it 39-30. It ended with a 39-32 halftime lead. The Hoosiers were 18-for-19 from the line. Wilkerson had 12 points. Tucker DeVries had nine.
IU opened the second half with a Conerway 3-pointer and Wilkerson’s fourth foul. It was 1-for-5 from the field with three turnovers, but after seven minutes still retained a seven-point lead.
Kentucky surged ahead 52-49 with 11 minutes left as IU went four minutes without scoring while committing four turnovers.
Tucker DeVries ended the Wildcats’ 10-0 run with a basket. Wilkerson returned. Still, the Hoosiers fell behind 59-51, and then 65-54.
A Wilkerson layup and a Tucker DeVries jumper made it 65-58 with 3:27 left.
IU got no closer.
“With their offensive rebounds, we have to be better than that on the road and take care of the ball better,” Darian DeVries told Fischer.
Because of finals week, IU doesn’t play again until next Saturday when it hosts Chicago State.
“We have a full week to get better,” Darian DeVries told Fischer. “We have some academics to take of as well. We’ll get back to work and continue to push to improve in all the areas we need to.”

Purdue held Marquette to 32.8 percent shooting and 59 points. It marks the fewest points that Marquette has scored in a non-conference game since a 58-55 loss to Mississippi State on Nov. 21, 2022.
After allowing Iowa State to score 81 points, Purdue has held consecutive foes to 59 or fewer points for the first time since last January vs. Washington and Oregon. Over the last two games, opponents are 40-of-117 (.342) from the field, averaging 58.0 points per game.
Purdue entered the day 26th nationally in defensive efficiency, but at the completion of the contest had risen to 18th.
Purdue went just 7-of-23 (.304) from 3-point range and in the last three games, is now just 19-of-60 (.317) from deep.
Purdue did shoot 23-of-33 (.697) from inside the 3-point line and in the last two games, is 45-of-72 (.625) from inside the arc.
Purdue held a 36-22 advantage in the paint, and over the last six games, is outscoring foes 232-154 (13.0 PPG) in the paint.
Oscar Cluff scored 22 points with 11 rebounds, two blocks, two steals and an assist for his fourth double-double of the season and 27th of his career. It marked his 14th 20-10 game of his career.
Cluff went 9-of-9 from the field and 4-of-4 from the free throw line for 100 percent efficiency shooting. He tied a school record (Caleb Swanigan vs. NJIT; Nov. 26, 2016) for most points scored on 100 percent efficiency.
Fletcher Loyer scored 15 points, making 4-of-8 from 3-point range. Purdue is 18-0 during his career when he makes four or more 3-pointers.
Braden Smith tallied seven points, 10 assists, five rebounds and two steals in the win over Marquette. It marked his 29th career 10-assist game and he became the second player in NCAA history with at least 1,500 points, 850 assists and 550 rebounds (Ohio’s D.J. Cooper; 2010-13).
Smith now has 859 career assists, needing 32 assists to set the Big Ten record for most career assists. He moved into 28th place on the NCAA career assists list (859).
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) — Oscar Cluff made all nine of his shots and finished with a season-high 22 points, and Braden Smith reached another milestone with 10 more assists Saturday to lead No. 6 Purdue past Marquette 79-59.
It took Smith only 12 seconds to find Fletcher Loyer for a 3-pointer to become the second Division I men’s basketball player to join the 1,500-point, 850-assist, 550-rebound club. D.J. Cooper was the first to do it during his career at Ohio from 2009-13.
Smith had seven points and five rebounds to increase his career numbers to 1,515 points, 859 assists and 759 rebounds. Cluff had 11 rebounds for his second straight double-double. Loyer scored 15 points.
The Boilermakers (10-1, 2-0 Big Ten) have won two straight since a 23-point home loss to then-No. 10 Iowa State last weekend.
Royce Parham had 19 points to lead Marquette (5-6), which lost for the second straight Saturday by 20 points. Chase Ross added 10 points for the Golden Eagles, who shot only 8% from the field and were a dismal 8 of 31 from 3-point range.
The Boilermakers took control with a 12-0 run that gave them a 21-8 lead midway through the first half and then pulled away late in the half by scoring nine straight points to open up a 37-19 lead.
Cluff helped put it away when he scored 13 consecutive points for Purdue early in the second half, a stretch then ended with the Boilermakers leading 53-29.

NOTRE DAME MEN’S BASKETBALL NEWS
SHREWSBERRY AND MOHAMMED LEAD IRISH TO 82-58 VICTORY OVER EVANSVILLE
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Notre Dame Fighting Irish (9-3) defeated the Evansville Purple Aces (4-7) in dominant fashion, taking home their fourth straight win. The 82-58 victory over the in-state foe keeps Notre Dame undefeated inside of Purcell with a 7-0 record at home so far this season.
The Irish shot an impressive 56% from behind the arc as they shot 14-25 on the day, tying their season-best number of threes made in a game this season. A big piece of that was shooting a scorching 7-10 from three in the first half alone.
Speaking of impressive shooting from three, no one did it better tonight than Braeden Shrewsberry. The junior guard shot 8-10 from three and finished with 26 points, surpassing his career-high points (25) and threes made in a game (7). This is the most threes from a Notre Dame player since Matt Farrell tied the school record with 10 three’s in 2018.
Another career-high performance came from sophomore Sir Mohammed, who finished with a career-high 21 points on 8-12 shooting from the floor. Mohammed also chipped in two rebounds and three assists for the Irish.
Kebba Njie grabbed a season-high 10 rebounds, followed by Carson Towt and Logan Imes with 6 rebounds a piece, tying Imes’ career-high in rebounds.
Jalen Haralson recorded his 10th straight game in double-figures, posting a 10-point performance with three assists and two rebounds.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Irish came out red hot in the opening minutes, knocking down three of their first four shots with treys from Sundra and Shrewsberry along with a finish at the rim from Towt. While Notre Dame posted the 8-0 early lead in the first two minutes of play, Evansville punched right back with 8 straight points of their own to make it a tied ball game.
After swapping buckets, back-to-back Shrewsberry threes were followed by a Mohammed triple to put the Irish up 19-12 at the 11:51 timeout. Shrewsberry had 11 of the Irish’s 19 points in just the first eight minutes of play.
The 11-0 run was capped off by a tough finish at the rim from Mohammed to extend the lead 21-12. The Purple Aces continued to chip away at the deficit, cutting it to five at 26-21 with 6:42 remaining in the half.
When the Irish offense needed another spark, Shrewsberry found the bottom of the net on his fourth three-pointer of the day. Koehler followed with a pair of free throws to give Notre Dame the 10-point advantage for their largest lead of the game thus far.
The Shrewsberry hot hand continued, knocking down his fifth from behind the arc. Paired with a Koehler and-one, the Irish 6-0 run extended their lead to 37-23.
Two buckets from Mohammed were sandwiched between two Purple Aces threes to close out the half, as the Irish led 41-29 at halftime.
The Irish shot 50% in the first half, shooting 15-30 from the floor and were impressive 7-10 from deep. Shrewsberry was lights out in the first half, scoring 17 points (already just two shy of his season-high 19 points) on 5-6 shooting from three. He was followed by Mohammed, who put up 11 points in the half shooting 5-7 from the floor.
To start the half, who other than Shrewsberry to knock down another three right out of the gate to extend the Irish lead to 15.
The Purple Aces responded with a 8-2 run to close the gap to single-digits at 46-37. The Irish and Purple Aces continued to trade buckets until the 14:26 mark when the Evansville offense had some life and the Irish were stuck in a two-and-a-half minute scoring drought.
A 9-0 Evansville run brought them within three at 52-49, but the run was broken up by Shrewsberry’s seventh three of the day as it sparked a monstrous run over the final 12 minutes.
Over the next 8 minutes of play, the Irish would score 26 points with 18 of those points coming from behind the arc. Shrewsberry, Sundra, Mohammed, Imes, and Certa all got in on the scoring action from three over that stretch to give Notre Dame a 25-point lead at 78-53 with four minutes remaining.
In the final 2:18, the Purple Aces would score just five more points as Haralson closed it out with four straight points for Notre Dame’s final baskets of the win.
In the last 12 minutes of play, Notre Dame outscored Evansville 30-9 to secure the 82-58 victory.
UP NEXT
The Irish will close out their homestand with Purdue Fort Wayne on Sunday, Dec. 21, inside Purcell Pavilion. That contest will tip off at 2 p.m. ET on ACCNX.

TURNBULL AND HUGHES LEAD ACES IN ROAD CONTEST
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Connor Turnbull and Josh Hughes combined to score 31 points on Saturday as the University of Evansville men’s basketball team dropped an 82-58 game to Notre Dame inside Purcell Pavilion.
Reigning Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Week Turnbull led UE with 17 points, 9 boards, and 4 blocks. Hughes returned to form, scoring 14 points while hitting four triples. It ended a stretch of four games without reaching double figures. The Fighting Irish were led by Braeden Shrewsberry who registered a game-high 26 points. Sir Mohammed wrapped up the day with 21.
“I thought we played a good 28 minutes of basketball today but let a few uncontrollable things get the better of us during the other stretches,” UE head coach David Ragland explained. “Overall, the final score was not indicative of how competitive the game was. There are some areas we need to fix as we head into conference play.”
Notre Dame scored the opening eight points of the day converting three of their first four attempts. Evansville missed its first two tries while turning it over twice before a 3-pointer by Leif Moeller got UE on the board. It marked the first of eight in a row by the Purple Aces. Connor Turnbull connected on a jumper while Alex Hemenway hit from downtown to tie the score at the 15:31 mark.
Nearly six minutes into the game a layup from AJ Casey gave UE its first lead at 12-10. The Fighting Irish countered with 11 in a row to go up 21-12 with 11:22 left in the period with a Turnbull triple getting UE back on track. UE would get within five points (26-21) until a late stretch by Notre Dame gave them their largest lead of 15 points – 41-26 – inside the final minute.
Josh Hughes drained his third triple of the game to make it a 41-29 game at the break. He led UE with nine points in the half while Braeden Shrewsberry registered 17 in the stanza, knocking down five of his six 3-point tries.
The eighth triple of the afternoon by the Irish matched their largest lead to open the second-half scoring. Triples from Keishon Porter and Hughes helped the Aces get back within nine points, however, a pair of jumpers by Jalen Haraison set the Irish up with a 52-40 lead with 14:46 remaining in the game.
Over the next three minutes, Evansville made its way right back into it as Turnbull scored seven in a row on his own converting two layups and three free throws. Porter added a pair of free throws to cap the 9-0 stretch and make it a one-possession game at 52-49. It did not take long for Notre Dame to respond. It took less than two minutes for them to post nine in a row to retake a 12-point lead.
Trent Hundley went coast-to-coast to end the stretch, but the Fighting Irish came right back with an 8-0 run to open a 69-51 lead at the 7:21 mark. Inside of five minutes remaining, a pair of triples put the Irish up 78-53. From there, they would go on to win by a final score of 82-58. Casey and Porter finished with nine points apiece for UE, who shot 39.6% on the day. Notre Dame finished at 47.5% and outrebounded the Aces by a 38-32 tally.
Evansville returns home to open MVC play on Tuesday against Belmont before facing Drake on Dec. 21 inside the Ford Center. Fans are reminded that Tuesday’s game will be a 6 p.m. tip.

UINDY WRESTLING NEWS
EIGHT HOUNDS ADVANCE TO DAY TWO OF 46TH ANNUAL MIDWEST CLASSIC
INDIANAPOLIS – After day one of the 46th annual Midwest Classic the Greyhounds still have two competing for crowns in their respective weight classes, while six others are still vying for placement finishes heading into day two.
The Midwest Classic is one of the largest NCAA Division II wrestling tournaments in the country, consisting of 47 total teams, and 21 of the top-25 nationally ranked teams in Division II.
Cale Gray (285) and Gavin Garcia (149) both came out of Saturday unscathed, going a perfect 3-0 on the day. Along with Gray and Garcia advancing, the likes of; Nathan Smith (125), Aidan Sprague (133), Logan Farnell (165), Shane Bates (174), Christian Chavez (184), and Ethan Farnell (197), will all compete in tomorrow’s consolation brackets.
INS & OUTS
In 149, Garcia took care of business with a 19-4 tech fall win in his first contest of the day against Bridgeport’s Daniel Mahoney, which consisted of a whopping five takedowns and four-point near fall. His second match against Central Oklahoma’s Cole Mayfield, propelled him into tomorrow’s quarterfinals. Garcia used a second period takedown and a third period escape to squeak out a 4-3 win.
Gray advanced to his second straight Midwest Classic quarterfinal today with two decision wins and a tech fall victory. He cruised in his first match of the day, keeping a clean sheet with two take downs and two four-point near falls to earn a 16-0 win. His second bout of the day started off even, but Gray eventually took control in the second and third periods, earning all nine points over those five minutes.
Gray’s main event for day one came in the third round against West Liberty’s Parker Bentley, who competed in 197 last year. With the score all square at 1-1 with the seconds ticking down in the third period, Gray got the take down he needed with 10 seconds left to secure his spot in the quarters.
The Farnell brothers in 165 and 197 continued to showcase why they’re a duo to be reckoned with in the GLVC this season. The freshman, Ethan Farnell, earned four victories on the day, the most of any Greyhound today. He notched two tech falls and pin victory in five matches played, and capitalized on a strong first period in his final match of the day to stay alive.
Ethan’s older brother, Logan Farnell (165), did much of the same as his younger brother in his matches today. He started the day with a fall and tech fall win before falling to the No. 11-seeded Bryce Dauphin. He capped his day with a gritty 19-18 win that included a last second escape to clinch the back-and-forth fourth round consolation dual.
Along with Farnell, Bates also earned three wins today, starting his day with a second period tech fall win. He fell to the No. 1-seeded Cole Ritter from Maryville, but rebounded with a hard fought 7-5 comeback win to end his day, where he used a third period escape and take down to push his way into day two.
Sprague (133) made his return to the mats this weekend. He dropped his first match of the day, but turned his day around quickly with two tight decision wins that earned him a spot in day two of the Midwest Classic.
In 125, Smith had himself an eventful day, having to work in all three of his matches today. In his first contest a second period reversal against Seton Hill’s Jacob Sombronski proved to be the difference, while in his second match he fell to Emmanuel’s Brayden Mitchell after a controversial penalty was given in the final seconds of the match, leading to sudden victory, where Mitchell would come out on top.
Smith didn’t let that affect him as he captured a four-point near fall in the third period to earn the 8-3 decision win in his final match today.
Chavez (184) was the final Greyhound to advance today with two convincing wins, a tech fall and major decision, after dropping his opening match of the day via decision. Chavez earned a stellar 11 points in the first period of his third round consolation rout.
Luke Robards (157) earned himself one win today over Fairmont State’s Jim Green in his opening match. Zach Haughton (141) dropped his only two matches of the day Saturday, including a tightly contested 8-5 sudden victory match in his second bout.
UP NEXT
The Greyhound duo of Garcia and Gray will be in search of Midwest Classic titles tomorrow, while six others will push for a placement finish in the 46th edition of this event.

HOUNDS FALL IN DOUBLE OVERTIME TO PURDUE NORTHWEST
HAMMOND, IN. – The Greyhounds and Pride battled in a double overtime thriller on Saturday afternoon that saw 20 ties, 16 lead changes, and Purdue Northwest come out on top 84-77.
The last time UIndy played to at least double overtime was in a contest against Purdue Northwest in 2021, but that clash between the two sides needed triple overtime to determine a winner.
Autumn Rucker and Patricia Chikamba lit up the box score today, each knocking down eight shots, and finished the game with 23 and 24 points, respectively. Rucker’s 23 points surpass her previous career high of 18 that she set earlier this season against Ursuline.
HOW IT HAPPENED
After the Hounds took a 17-15 lead after quarter one, UIndy used some stout defense to push its lead out to seven headed to the break. Purdue Northwest was held scoreless the final 5:49 of the second quarter, while the Greyhounds went on an 8-0 run, fueled by a Graycie Poe and Ruby Garner three.
The Pride slowly chipped into the Hounds’ lead, cutting it to four points after three quarters, setting up for an exciting finish.
UIndy extended its lead back up six with 2:56 on the clock in regulation, with Rucker gathering 11 of her 23 points in the fourth. Purdue Northwest finished regulation on a 10-4 run capped by a Riley Milausnic three with 36 seconds left to knot the game at 62. Rucker had a look to capture the Hounds’ first win, but was unsuccessful, sending the game to overtime.
The first overtime was a tale of two runs, with the Pride using a 9-0 run to push its lead out to seven with 2:45 left, but the Greyhounds responded with a 7-0 run to square the game at 71 with 39 seconds to go, and fueled by the scoring trio of Amyrah Sapenter, Chikamba and Rucker. Both teams had chances in the final three seconds to win the game, but came up short on both ends, sending the game to a second overtime.
The Greyhounds took an early 73-71 lead in double overtime after bucket from Kylah Lawson, but the Pride utilized a perfect 4-4 from the field shooting effort, and a 13-4 run over the final 3:50 to conclude this back-and-forth affair, with an 84-77 win for Purdue Northwest.
INSIDE THE BOX
– Garner started her first game for the Greyhounds this season, scoring seven points, and securing seven boards in 30 minutes.
– Sapenter played a career high 45 minutes in today’s contest. 45 minutes are the most minutes played by a Greyhound since Taylor Drury played 46 minutes in 2018 against Grand Valley State.
– Chikamba went a perfect 8-8 from the charity stripe tonight, marking the first time she’s gone perfect from the line on at least eight free throw attempts.
– The Greyhounds scored 21 bench points tonight, and held the Pride to only two points from their bench.

MARIAN WOMEN’S BASKETBALL NEWS
#5 MARIAN SCORES TOP-25 VICTORY OVER #13 RIO GRANDE
Rio Grande, Ohio – The Marian women’s basketball team extended its undefeated start to the 2025-26 season on Saturday afternoon, as the Knights earned a top-25 victory with their 69-58 road victory over No. 13 Rio Grande. Marian’s win moves the team’s record to 11-0 overall on the year.
Marian fell behind 5-0 in the opening minutes on Saturday, but calmly weathered the early storm from Rio Grande, as Kenna Kriby and Madisyn Bailey ignited the offense. Abbey McNally gave the Knights their first lead with a driving layup, answering a Red Storm score to capture an 8-7 edge. Bailey followed with a layup of her own, as the sophomore point guard and McNally would combine for the final nine Marian points in the opening stanza to capture a 15-10 lead. The Knights held Rio Grande scoreless for the final five minutes of the opening period to control the lead.
Rio Grande snapped their drought early in the second quarter, dropping seven unanswered points to challenge the Knights and reclaim the lead. The 17-15 edge held by the Red Storm didn’t last long, as Bailey quickly answered the final score in the 7-0 run with a layup, while defense turned to offense as an Abbey McNally steal led to a Zoe Wheeler layup.
Wheeler gave Marian a 19-17 lead and continued the spark in an 11-0 run that lasted nearly four minutes. Marian managed to push the lead to nine with the run, as a Taylor Double three-pointer highlighted the scoring, with the defense continuing to force stops. The Knights gradually pushed the edge to 13 points, and would go into halftime leading by the same margin, as Emily Grim hit a falling putback shot in the waning seconds of the half, giving Marian a 36-23 lead at halftime.
Abbey McNally extended the team’s lead to 15 coming out of halftime with a quick putback, but it would be Rio Grande who would win the third quarter, as they exploded on an 11-0 run following the senior’s make. Marian’s offense played stagnantly in the third as the Red Storm whittled the margin to four, but Kiley McNally was finally able to get her team back in gear with 5:16 remaining in the quarter, finding an open two inside the paint. Rio continued to challenge despite Marian starting to get the offense going, as the lead would shrink to a single basket, but a late push in the final minute from Kiley McNally and Taylor Double secured the Knights’ edge heading into the fourth.
Clinging to a 51-45 lead entering the fourth quarter, Marian maintained its lead by running the offense through Abbey McNally, entrusting the program’s All-American to shoulder the load. Between the McNally sisters and Olivia Faust, the Knights controlled the pace and pushed the two-possession lead to three with 5:43 to play in the game. As the clock gradually wound below five minutes, a score from Taylor Double recouped a double-figure advantage and gave the Knights all the momentum. Abbey McNally and Kenna Kirby followed the score with back-to-back baskets of their own, as the defense turned stops into points on four consecutive trips and pushed the lead to 14 points.
The commanding stretch in the final five minutes sealed Marian’s lead, as Abbey McNally would score the final points of the game in the waning 75 seconds to seal the 69-58 road victory.
Abbey McNally had a well-rounded game for the Knights in the win, leading the team with 18 points and nine rebounds, scoring 10 of the 18 in the fourth quarter. McNally also had two steals and one blocked shot in the win. Taylor Double scored 12 points and recorded three steals, and Madisyn Bailey dropped 11 and dished six assists to go with four rebounds. Off the bench, Emily Grim and Kiley McNally each scored eight points, leading the reserves who totaled 24 of the team’s 69 points.
The Knights will travel to Arizona for their next two games, playing against No. 15 Rocky Mountain College and Arizona Christian. The contests take place on December 19 and 20 in Glendale, Arizona.
