Purdue is coming off a win at Northwestern and looks to carry some momentum into the Big Ten Tournament in Chicago next week, as well as position for NCAA Tournament seeding, against a Wisconsin team that has won five of its last seven games. • The Boilermakers won’t officially know their Big Ten Tournament seeding until Sunday and could be anywhere from the four to seven seed. THE SERIES • Purdue and Wisconsin will meet for the 192nd time on Saturday afternoon with the Boilermakers owning a 115-76 series advantage. • Wisconsin is 2-1 in its last three trips to Mackey Arena (wins in Jan. 2022, Feb. 2025). • It marks the second meeting of the season as the squads met on Jan. 3, in Madison, an 89-73 Purdue victory. • Since the calendar flipped to the year 2000, Purdue leads the series 23-22, while Wisconsin has outscored Purdue by a 14-point margin (2,974 to 2,958).
